The Managing Director, Mr Sabbi Appanna Dev Anand, who has over 10 years' experience in the construction services, runs Nirudash. Indeed, he has worked with the smallest contractors through to leading industry specialists. Moreover, Mr Sabbi Appanna is a fellow member of the ACCA. He has acquired over 30 years' experience in the Finance & Administration units and has worked as a Finance Director in different countries. As such, Mr Sabbi Appanna is well acquainted with the modern and unique design of properties.

Miss Sabbi Appanna Dashinee is a director of Nirudash and is also a Barrister-at-Law. Indeed, she manages the Legal and Marketing affairs of the company. She is forthcoming to give advice pertaining to the construction and ensures that all legal matters of the construction are dealt with properly. Additionally, studying in the United Kingdom for four years has given her an amazing exposure and experience to the latest technologies and designs.
